General Terms and Conditions & Refund Policy 

Refund Policy Workshops & Classes :

Guarantee: Within 24 hrs of purchase, you may receive a full refund at request via email to admin@collectiveevents.ca – we know things happen, and calendars get mixed up! 

Up to 7 days prior to the event: 50% refund available, or transfer your pass to another student – coordinated by the pass-holder with email to admin@collectiveevents.ca to alert us of the transfer so we know who to check in

48 hours to the event: No refunds available, Transfers available as coordinated by the pass-holder with email to admin@collectiveevents.ca to alert us of the transfer. 

** Refunds will not include online processing (booking) fees and a will incur a $5 cancelation fee (if requested later than the 24 hr guarantee) 

** UNITY Specific Refund Policy:

Guarantee: Within 48 hrs of purchase, you may receive a full refund at request via email to unityvancity@gmail.com – we know things happen! 

60 days or more prior to the start of the event, receive a 50% refund, or transfer your full pass to a friend and notify unityvancity@gmail.com of the new pass-holder. 

Less than 60 days and up to a week prior to the event start date, refunds no longer available. Transfers available as coordinated by the pass-holder with email to unityvancity@gmail.com to alert us of the transfer so we know who to check in. 

7 days to the event: No refunds or transfers available. 

Emergencies: Life can be unpredictable. In the case of a serious emergency that will prohibit you from attending, please send us an email at unityvancity@gmail.com.

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Payment by student confirms agreement with and understanding of all terms and conditions.
  2. Some of our team members will be taking video and photos during classes and socials to help us share the energy via social media and marketing. By attending, you agree to potentially having these pictures used for promo materials. Thank you for helping us share the vision! 
  3. By purchasing your ticket, you will be automatically added to our email lists. You agree to receive emails pertaining to your registration for this program, and general Collective Events marketing emails. But don’t worry, you can unsubscribe anytime!
  4. Communication will be through email to help us keep easy oversight and make sure no message is missed. Keep an eye on your inboxes ahead of the event in the case of any updates. In the case of changes, we will aim to give as much notice as possible so that you’re always in the loop!
