“Unity” is intended to create a space where we can connect across cultures, through food, music and dance. Bringing together styles hailing from different members of the African diaspora, bringing together people from all over, and learning, growing and vibing together.

❓ New to Kizomba or Afro

There will be beginner Kizomba/Semba workshops to share the base with you before the level-ed up workshops! And we’ll have experts bringing the vibes and taking care of you every step of the way for Konpa and the other dances to be announced. ❤

If there are no follow passes listed below, we are holding follow passes until we reach a balance for lead/follow passes to ensure an enjoyable experience for all attendees. Thank you for your patience – and please help spread the word to your fellow leads to jump on board so we can re-open passes more swiftly!

A unique dance class aimed towards women in Vancouver! Develop your femininity and sensuality through Konpa dance by learning a short choreography. The music blends Konpa dance (Haïti) with a touch of heels: a perfect combination! All-levels. Heels optional. Option for end of class video.
